Ish vaqti mehnat munosabatlari doirasida xodim tomonidan mehnat majburiyatlarini bajargan vaqt sifatida qaraladi. Ushbu maqolada ish vaqtining huquqiy asoslari, turlari, hamda amaliyotdagi muammolari tahlil qilinadi. Ish vaqti normalari, ularni belgilash mezonlari va ularni buzganlik uchun javobgarlik masalalari ham ko\u2018rib chiqiladi.<\/p>\n<p>Ish vaqtining huquqiy asoslari O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasining Mehnat kodeksida belgilangan.
